Vehicular combat is very clunky in general. The new tanks are completely garbage and simply frustrating.

Tanks, despite being awesome, feel quite out of place. MGs are way too powerful compared to other weapons and completely dominate the battlefield. It is a total conversion mod for both Red Orchestra 2: Heroes of Stalingrad and Red Orchestra 2: Rising Storm. A conflict that is merely 40 years old that happened pretty much just between the US and North veitnam isn't the reason why its not going to see the light of day lol. In Country: Vietnam is a brand-new, multiplayer first person TACTICAL SHOOTER being developed for the PC.
Not everyone is 65 years old and america ist the only country in the world. Maybe in a few more years as the memories fade, and maybe if the 'players' understand the actual events it may resurface, but till then totally DEAD.

Wow we had all those weapons available, and I never saw them, how could that be, and the battles were 'balanced', and only lasted 40minutes, really. Imagine a veteran of Stalingrad German or Soviet looking at RO2 and what their opinion of that fantasy game would be as well. And many vets who worked on it lost interest as the developers wanted the standard fantasy arcade type shooter over anything resembling what really happened. For some can accept it, but for others not so much. The main reason is it is still too close to home for many.
